Results from the Team Swindle were as follows:-

The winning team comprised Trevor Pine (43 points), Dave Robson (39), Don Dobbs (34) and Tony Coomber (30). With scores like that they were going to take some stopping. £11 each to the victors.
Best stapleford score for £6 (and an entry on the Hall of Fame to boot) was Kelvin with a stonking 44 points.
Rather embarrassingly to report, not a single swindler managed to even land on the 16th green in 3 shots so the nearest-the-pin prize rolled on the the next best overall stapleford score which was Gus with 41 points. In my defence I only missed the 16th green by about a foot, and made the par!
Stop Press - Robert Andlaw Trophy Extra Prizes
Our very own bionic man Kelvin has kindly put up 2 prizes for nearest the pin on 2 of the par 3 holes for the afternoon matches. The holes will be nominated so that one prize will be up for grabs for each team - details of which holes to be announced on the day.
Since the Andlaw Trophy is a charity event, entry for the nearest-the-pin challenge will be an optional extra £2 for each player, to be collected on the day. The prize for each hole will be a bottle of wine. If I know Kelvin's taste these bottles are going to be absolute belters, so be sure to bring along your coinage and have a go!
