SIGNIFICANT CHANGES TO SWINDLE
As a result of the new world handicap system and the current Swindle handicapping process it has been recognised that in general scores have become excessively high this year (without detracting from the great rounds that individuals have put in). This has been shown to have disadvantaged lower handicappers and also is not in the best interests of the Swindle's reputation within the Club. It is also apparent that very few understand the concept of RED and BLUE Divisions and how they are formed.
After consultation The BOSS has decided that from July there will be a 6 month trial of new processes. You can read the full text HERE but the main transition points are:

Leaderboard Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 in RED and BLUE Divisions after the swindle on 30th June, then the Divisions will be re-populated based on players Handicap Indices  recorded on How Did I Do.  Less than 20.5 = RED, 20.5 and above =  BLUE.  This will give a roughly equal number of players in each Division.

Anyone scoring above 41 points or more must submit a card for the round.

Winners will continue to be cut for 4 weeks on the sliding scale according to handicap, but if you win with 41 points or more then after 4 weeks your handicap will revert but be capped by your newly adjusted  Yellow Tee course handicap (as a result of the winning card having been submitted).
