ALTERNATIVE RYDER CUP (ARC) TEAM NEWS
Captain of the North (Eddard McStark), has asked me to publish the emerging teams. You will note that the North / South divide is currently placing Harpenden in the North. This is not as surprising as you may think as there is a thriving underground Northern scene in Harpenden. If you enter Coppers shoe shop and say ‘Hey Up’ you will be lead to the basement where there is a splendid selection of clogs and coal shovels; and in Jelleys Meats you may be asked ‘Owt Else Lad’ ? If you reply ‘Aye, By Gum’ you will be taken to the back room where tripe and a stunning array of vintage black puddings is available.
